The challenge

Movia is Denmark’s largest public transport provider, responsible for bus services and local trains that keep everyday life moving. With such a diverse audience comes diverse expectations. The challenge was to build trust across different needs and prove that Movia is transport not just for many, but for each individual.

Approach

We identified key insights within the different target audience segments and addressed them with a promise that could build greater trust in the brand: Movia – for all of us!

Solution

We developed a full funnel campaign based on a core TVC that highlighted the target audiences’ daily journeys and encounters with Movia, conveying the brand promise in an empathetic and authentic way.

Result

After the first burst of the campaign, the image improved by more than 10%, and the desire to travel increased by over 25%.
