The challenge
With a history dating back to 1761, Købstædernes Forsikring (KF) is Denmark’s oldest insurance company. Yet for many Danes, the brand was barely on the radar, particularly among private customers. The challenge was to bring KF into the spotlight and clarify what sets it apart.
Approach
Through workshops with the branding and leadership team, we structured and gathered all the points where KF differentiates itself from competitors and stands out in the market.
Solution
The communication platform became “Always Here for You,” combining KF’s heritage from 1761, humor, and a focus on KF’s presence and personalized advice.
Result
Results after the first burst showed a doubling of qualified awareness. Sales were 50% higher than the previous year, and the number of brand searches was the highest ever recorded.
