The challenge
DEXIS combines dental imaging hardware and software into one connected ecosystem. While strong in the US, the brand lacked recognition in EMEA. The challenge was to turn a fragmented scanner acquisition into a unified, premium intraoral imaging solution under the DEXIS brand.
Approach
Through interviews with internal and external stakeholders, including dentists working in Europe, we identified key insights to better position DEXIS and bring the full portfolio of dental imaging solutions closer to its audience.
Solution
The insights informed an engaging communication concept, “Simpler paths to better outcomes” focusing more on the human aspect and benefits for dentists rather than the technology and product features.
Result
Through an impactful and humorous campaign, DEXIS created a strong position in the EMEA market. One of the best performing social media posts showed DEXIS™ IS Voyager spinning and gliding across the floor almost adopting a persona of its own. In one month, the post attracted 254,379 impressions on Meta with a click-through-rate of 12.6% versus an industry benchmark of 0.83%
