Advance participates in international Talent Exchange Programme

In 2019, Advance was delighted to participate in the Worldwide Partners’ exchange program by welcoming Saoirse McKenna from the Edinburgh agency Union Direct.

Saoirse wanted to learn more about how Danish culture manifests itself in an agency setting and the famous Scandinavian emphasis on work-life balance.

For four weeks, Saoirse got stuck into our creative campaigns, experiencing first-hand the Danish respect for work hours and focus on staff wellbeing, whilst sharing her invaluable insights on differing work environments.

Not to mention embarking on a crash course in cycling around Copenhagen!
