Hero Factory brainstorm
We’re launching an exciting new Hero Factory project soon that will have some social media elements built into it. Yesterday was spent preparing, building and experimenting… (more news soon.)

i wish if you could make the armor pieces more like bionicle(have more thecnic feeling)
and bring back the old colors like:
brown,tan,green,takanuva gold
and bring new colors like:
sand blue,mint green,crimson and more purple please.
The purpose of hero factory is that is more “clean”, with less gears.
I think lego shoudl intertwine herofactory and bionicle!
i WOULD BUY EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE SETS!
I like the direction HF has been going with the armor, it has a feel that is uniquely HF. I would like to see more effort put into the heroes though. Furno (Breakout) did not even have a unique weapon (unless you consider that dinky harpoon a weapon). He seemed like a last-minute effort and failed the grade, especially compared to Breez with her awesome saber and shield. Overall I’m pleased with the way hero factory has been running and I hope the next installment will include six unique heroes with cool new weapons.
It is great.
Large robots could return to 1.0-style, I mean, really the new system doesn’t seem to scale well. It is great for small figures.
I have no complains about smaller sets, besides that the latest wave seems to have very strange choices about color schemes.
I agree the titans are bad, but they just need to create new pieces.
They did it for Bionicle,so they MAY do the same for this new system.
i’m seriously missing the feel of bionicle, and i find the “cleaner” look of HF to be more boring then revolutionary… nothing happens=/
also, all the heroes are exactly the same, its the inika clones all over again…
Eh, the heroes have been having their own “unique” thing lately just like the glatorian legends (they all look almost the same outside the mask and weapons and some added parts) i.e. Furno and his underwater jetpack-thing or Rocka’s crossbow. Nothing changed, really.
I MISS BIONICLE
No need to write this in a hero factory discussion then, after all, you can make your own BIONICLEs and combine the two. Also, the breakout wave is improving on large characters
Bionicle and Hero factory are both great series but i miss just few things … The connection parts to interact the two series .
HF parts are great on its own but you can’t really make anything else . also colors , i would like to see (and that goes for the bionicle series too ) that most of the peaces would be availeble in any color … And the masks , that should be molded so that they fit on any series from Bionicle to Hero factory .
Because right now i can’t use the g1 bionicle masks for nothing because they fit only on g1 head connectors …And finally ….Glatorian series where the greatest ! That’s all..
I would like to say that I would like to see more of the small axles and pins back in HF, if only for the large sets. Colors too, if at all possible.
Isn’t the whole concept of LEGO in general supposed to be to build with actually feeling like achieving something, rather than having a so called “cleaner” look?
“Build something to achieve a cleaner look”. It’s the same thing as what you just said. Seriously, I feel that your comment superfluous.

Don’t get me wrong, I like greebles, but the “clean” look is more robotic and can be customized more easily. Plus, the plates allow plenty of room for greebling.
if anything should be changed, its the characters and the story. The story is pretty generic (bad guy does bad things, hero gets beaten back, something clicks and hero saves the day)and some more interesting characters would be nice, and maybe they dont all have to be robots, and lastly there should be some unique collectible items such as the kanohi masks of bionicle. Or you could just flat out bring bionicle back and use a shifting schedule like bionicle in the winter, hero factory in the summer.
HF is bad.
MOCers have nothing to do with it, and that way HF is shi~.
Guys, BIONICLE was awesome, spectacular and atmospheric!
It’s impossible even to combine HF with parts of other series!

colors are defiantly and important thing… more pieces old and new (like 2001 bionicle old) need to be brought back in new and old colors…. how can i build a toa of iron and make him unique without using akar and pohatu… also purple is always talked about but rarely used. Another thing that i would like to see ( other than you bringing back the one thing that really helped lego going the past decade which would be bionicle and its story line) would be vehicles… they are harder builds with more pieces and are fun to use. One thing that would be a great help is making all the masks in all colors…. all the toa had different masks in their own color…. but you could really never switch the masks with different toa because of the color combos.

I belive there will be one vehicle villian in the summer of 2012, which looks quite interesting.
(No. I will not post were it is or its name, it’s illegal do so.)
First of all: The Bionicles had good pieces, but the creativity was all in the Bionicle world, The story, the fighters (The Toas), the Rakshi creatures, but when bionicle starts to navigate new areas like putting the white Toa overhead, the bionicle universe starts to fall down, do you remember the times when Tahu was the boss, or when Vakama try to save metru-nui from Rodaka’s claws with his rotuka spinner.
Second of all: Whats the HF Series doing here?… … amplifying our bricks list! just collect em all as we did with the Bionicle series, make the HF enter in our list and make new creations, or put the models on our furniture to decorate our room, or play with they following the real story as in our childhood did with the Bionicle.
Third of all: What do the Technic fans said when the bionicle series start?… …Make yourself this question…
I’m trying to be expressive, this new Project can make HF go to a whole new level in the art of the creation

god…. i hope they dont think in making a movie… seriously…
nd why the dont think in bionicle again?, its still have more story than HF… even the toas can be teleported them and take all that Kid-villians so easily and also furno can commite suicide xDDDDD
@Lego, start thinking on atract all fans and put bionicle on the line, and i dont say to you that you can go to other places, you can also do HF but you can also continue with Bionicle.
I think it is awesome that they are making new heroes well it looks like that because none of those pieces look like from any hero factory i have ever seen so yeah it would be awesome! if they made a HERO FACTORY 5.0 that would be epic!!!
